这里提供一个方法解决这个问题

用http分析工具 查看打开Google Adsense的过程

这个打不开是在accounts.google.com 这边被咔嚓了的
原因应该是gfv 那边在作弄,解决方法1:用代理绕过
2:或者不经过gfv访问,Google的大部分服务正好可以用这个方法

2,改hosts

开始-运行 输入后回车:cmd
再输入这个命令

echo 203.208.46.144 www.google.com www.google.com.hk accounts.google.com>%systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts  

大部分用户可以直接设置成功
